Sara Carr

I can't believe I forgot to blog about UK based Sara Carr when I first found her on Etsy.  Anyway, I stumbled back across her amazingly adorable creations and thought I would share them with you this time round.   I always envy people who can make such lovely woolly creations.  My attempts at using a knitting machine at university where much less successful.

Stay Home

I've had Canada-based Stay Home in my bookmarks to share for a while, so thought it was about time I did a post.  I love these angsty little indie dolls, many of whom have been made as commissions by Olivia of Stay Home.  I think they would make great presents and they are really reasonably priced too for the work that must go into them - so many cute little details like their little trainers and tattooes. Stay Home has an Etsy store and a Blog.

Elsa Mora

I came across Elsa Mora via a link on the InspireInspire blog. What a talented lady - not only has she created these fabulous intricate papercuts, but also can turn her hand to all sorts of different aspects of design - all with amazing results, from toys to jewellery and illustration. You can see Elsita's papercut blog here and all her other work here and purchase her work here

Lucy Jane Batchelor

My lovely boyfriend bought me some great presents this Christmas, which I can't believe I forgot to mention before.  One of which was a lovely little tweed chap made by
Lucy Jane Batchelor. An artist based out of Cockpit Arts in London.  I had seen her lovely creatures at the Millenium Galleries Christmas Cracker exhibition in Sheffield before Christmas and my eagle eyed boyfriend must have spied me lurking around the Lucy Jane Batchelor creatures and got me my own one!  Lucky me! Above are some of her other lovely chaps!

Rutsu's Bears

Another wonderful Etsy find, these lovely handmade bears are the work of Rutsu.  If there is a bear you like you can request one for yourself.  I love these little fellas.

Abigail Brown

I originally found these wonderfully cute creatures on Myspace.  They are made by talented UK designer Abigail Brown.  There are a lot of plush toys about but these are some of my favorites.  I just love the colors and textures and the wonderful faces on these wonderful woodland woolly mammals and birdies.
