I first featured Su Turno back in 2009, after I found their products on etsy and fell for their surface pattern design. SuTurno was founded in Madrid by Julia Vergara and Javier Gutierrez Bayo who work on different design areas and media (fashion, interiors, graphics…). When I revisited their work recently, I was struck not only by the quality of their design but also by the incredible photography. But after reading more about their day jobs (they have worked in projects for international clients such as Marc by Marc Jacobs and Zara Home to name a few) I can see why the quality is so strong. Running SuTurno, their personal projects are carefully crafted in limited numbers by local artisans, combining quality natural materials and striking prints.

I was trawling through Flickr the other day, which I haven't done for ages, I've been so busy and what a treat when I came across these gorgeous hand-stitched pillows from Three Red Apples who has an etsy shop and is based in Devon, UK. The perfect place to lay a weary head!
..and Boo. Mandy Sutcliffe's beautiful illustrations take the form of many creations and go under the name Belle and Boo. I really love the new cushions which I found via Sweet Memories the other day.

I checked out the fantastic blog of Chocolate Creative today, after they left a comment on my blog and I'm so glad I did. The design duo behind Chocolate Creative are Kate Read and Margarita Lorenzo - a couple of very talented individuals. I'm particularly in love with the cushion cover - another thing to add to my ever expanding wishlist!! Their blog is also full of lovely imagery and inspiration so get yourselves over there!

If you are stuck for christmas/housewarming/birthday presents then look no further than Helena Carrington and her fantastic range of cushions and accessories featuring Helena's illustrations taking inspiration from foreign cities and travels. Helena was featured in the New Designers exhibition this summer after graduating from Norwich School of Art and Design. Norwich must be a hive of creative activity as I know of quite a few talented craft and design types from that neck of the woods - maybe I should pencil in a trip soon!

Im in the process of redecorating our front room and these lovely cushions by Munch Munch would be a wonderful addition to our sofa.
