Ed Emberley's Picture Pie Products

While I was looking at Print Pattern today, I came across the exciting new lines from Japanese brand, High Tide, using Ed Emberley's lovely picture pie illustrations.  I'm so excited I love his designs so much, I better start saving my pennies!  You can see the bedlinens here.

Darling Clementine

I have been a fan of Darling Clemetine's work for a while and was happy to see a local card shop stocking these lovely new cards by the Norwegian design team in collaboration with Nineteenseventythree.  Darling Clementine has also been featured in the fab new book, Naive - my copy is on order - can't wait to receive it!

Prints and Patterns - Jilly P

Represented by the Lilla Rogers Studio in the US, Jilly P is a wonderfully talented illustrator based in the UK. Her work reminds me a little of Shinzi Katoh's lovely naive style.  Jilly's work can be seen in the likes of Paperchase, Debenhams and she has also recently designed a range of cards for Madison Park greetings - for those of you in America.

Prints and Patterns - Rosehip Cards

Rosehip is design studio based in the UK producing lovely stationery designs like the ones above, I love the color and bold designs - I first saw the notebooks above in a store in St Pancras in London - although I can't remember the name of the store.

Prints and Patterns - Brie Harrison

As Im such a big print and pattern fan, I thought I would dedicate this week to looking at some of my favorite designers - and there are quite a few! Most of these people I have found via PrintPattern, the fantastic blog dedicated to just that, print and pattern, and others I have found via Flickr and other design blogs over the last couple of years.  So first up is Brie Harrison, a talented card and textile designer from the UK.

Pop Ink

I came across a site today called Pop Ink via Lucy Gough.  I just love the style of illustrations, which are applied to stationery, prints on birch veneer (pictured), soaps (pictured), melaminware and more.  I only just realised I have one of their books too which is really great, it features bright, colorful kitschy animal designs on old 70's wrapping paper stationery, wallpaper etc, I must go and dig it out again!

Enfin La Voila

I really love these stationery designs from Enfin la Voila, another Etsy seller, this time from Belgium. I love the unique kitsch style - there are many more designs to see at her Etsy shop.
