Workshops

I am doing a couple of workshops over the next couple of months at Jam Jar Beads, a lovely sparkly new bead shop in Sheffield.  The first one is on Mother's Day, make a nice present for your lovely Mum or bring her along with you to this workshop which is a variation on my birdie brooch workshop which I have done a few times before. The second is a shoe customisation workshop.  So if you like the sounds of any of these workshops,be sure to put your name down on the list here at Jam Jar Beads.

I'm working on doing a lot more workshops after I move house, so will keep you all posted.

Just some shots I took today for future workshops I hope to do - paper jewellery, more big brooch workshops and new shoe customisation workshops.

Finally...

I made some new things and actually got round to putting them in my Etsy store today!  Not sure if you can tell, but I got a thing for birdies and also, it appears, a thing for appalling photography - sorry about the image quality - photography is not a strength of mine!  More images on my flickr. page.

Pollen Textiles

I'm back and am very relieved to have finished my tax returns so now I can bury my head in the sand and forget about them for another year!  Now, back to much more fun stuff, I found Pollen Textile's lovely work on Etsy recently.  It's so delicate and pretty.  Julie is a French Designer based in Canada and studied textiles in Paris.  You can see the influence of Paris in her lovely brooches - the delicate, romantic and beautiful.
